The delivery truck will need sufficient space to drop off your container, so we advise clearing the area above the designated space from any hazards to ensure a safe delivery.

Certainly! You can adjust or cancel your reservation by providing us with a 12-hour notice before the scheduled delivery.
How should I pack my container for safe transportation?
For safe transportation, we recommend placing large and heavy items on the floor of the container. Pack your container tightly and secure it by tying it down every 4 feet. Avoid packing items loosely, and consider utilizing boxes to pack your belongings tightly and securely.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time for my container?
Yes, you can request a preferred time of day for the delivery. While we strive to accommodate your schedule within our business hours, please note that containers are typically delivered Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
How much time do I have to pack and unpack my container?
You have the flexibility to take as much time as you need. You can pack and unpack at your own pace. Simply give us a call when you are finished. Our containers are rented on a monthly basis, and if you require the container to be picked up earlier than expected, we will prorate the charges accordingly. We also offer special rates for one-day moves.
Do I need to be present during container drop-off?
No, you do not need to be present during the drop-off. We gather necessary details beforehand, such as the exact placement of the container, door orientation, and any specific instructions. Our team can handle the drop-off at your convenience.
